Eyeliner

Anyone know of an eyeliner that'll stay on the waterline? I've tried a couple brands like the Marc Jacobs Highliner, Kohl liners, packed black eyeshadow to make it stay but nothing so far has worked. any suggestions?

Inglot Duraline is around $11-12. I got mine from Macy's online but I'm sure there are other outlets.

@SNCMS Marc Jacobs is my Holy Grail for the waterline. I’m shocked it doesn’t stay put for you. Are you using black? You can also set it with a black eyeshadow. It will help the longevity.
