Eyeliner

I returned my Fenty eyeliner as it would not add any color on my lid.  I was sold eyeliner that suppose to look like tattoo…called tattoo pencil liner…it’s ok but still not a lot of color.  It colors my hand or wrist but won’t color much on lid.

suggestions?  Not using liquid as don’t have steady hand.
