Eyeliner recommends?!

I’ve never really tried any great high end eyeliners, while I have tried a handful of lower end ones. But with all the ones I’ve tried I just haven’t found “the one” yet.

Re: Eyeliner recommends?!

Urban Decay 24/7 for a stick and Kat Von D liquid eyeliner. Like everyone else, I've tried bunches (and have bunches) but find myself always going back to these brands.  With the UD - huge color range (like MJ but less $$)

I wanted to mention of the drugstore brands, two I love are Milani and L'Oreal gel. But neither have the staying power of UD.

smashbox always sharp!! so easy to use. smooth application and very lasting. And it sharpens itself. it's around $20usd but it's lasted over a year. I'm on my second stick now and still love it. also my eyes are pretty sensitive and this doesn't cause irritation SMASHBOX ALWAYS SHARP

Re: Eyeliner recommends?!

The Ardency Inn eyeliners are amazing!!

RE: Eyeliner recommends?!

Marc Jacobs and Tom Ford, expensive but worth it, in the cheaper side the Sephora 12 hr ones are great even for the waterline.

Re: RE: Eyeliner recommends?!

Have you had any issue with your MJ liners?  I bought 3 (at the same time) - they all were dry-ish; 1 kept breaking off when I applied it, 1 dried horribly (the color that was my favorite, plum berry, I think) and broke off in the barrel and wouldn't come up and the other (brown) was ok.  Not sure if I just got a bad batch so I moved back to buyin UD 24/7 - but I loved some of the MJ colors.

Re: Eyeliner recommends?!

@haileymcclure I have different liners for different needs.  Sephora Contour 12 Hr Wear Waterproof for day to day (and for waterline!).  MUFE Aqua Eyes for over eye shadow.  Hourglass 1.5 mm for tightlining.  Revlon ColorStay for when I run out of the good stuff.  I have three other go-tos (two by Tarte and one by Sephora) but they got discontinued.  Who knew I needed so many?

Re: Eyeliner recommends?!

My holy grail used to be Kat Von D's tattoo liner but I go out a lot and end up sweating so the intensity tended to fade. I'm now using Sex Kitten by Tarte and lemme tell you, I LOVE this eyeliner. It has a thin felt tip that makes application easy and it is so black it does wonders (not to mention the design is super cute). I never thought I'd abandon my tattoo liner but now i can't imagine going back.

Re: Eyeliner recommends?!

I was a strong advocate for KVD's tattoo liner until I tried the Marc Jacobs one (Magic Marc'er Precision Pen Waterproof Liquid Eyeliner).

I liked KVD because it was vegan but it did tend to start smudging a bit toward the end of the day. I find with the Marc Jacobs one it stays on longer.

RE: Eyeliner recommends?!

Are we talking liquid or pencil? As far as liquid goes I've tried ALOT. I always go back to kat Von d. My other favourite that has an even better tip is dolly wink. You won't find it at sephora however, you can buy online or at most Asian beauty/Asian grocery stores.
