Eyeliner Help

I am fairly new to putting on eyeliner, so I need a bit help. I wanted to tightline my eye or at least put the eyeliner line fairly close to my lashes. Any tips on how to do this??

If you're wanting to put it on the top waterline just slightly lift your lid by your lashes and slowly apply liner but just make sure your liner is really smooth and glides on easily or else it'll be harder to put on!
