Effective eye cream?

Hi all,

The weather has been harsh for my skin lately, especially around my eye area which has become dry with some skin flaking off (TMI!). It's reverting back to normal now, but all the puffiness and dryness/tightness has left me with hollow dark circles and lines. I'm in the market now for a good eye cream and was hoping ya'll could share your suggestions. 🙂 

• I have combination skin, but tend to be more dry in the under-eye area.
• Would like an eye cream in which concealer/foundation will not crease on top of it.
• Looking for something to address dark eye-circles, dullness, and fine lines.

I recommend the Shiseido White Lucent Anti-Dark Circles Eye Cream or the Kehl's Since 1851Clearly Corrective™ Dark Circle Perfector. Both are incredibly hydrating and will work well under concealer. The Shiseido eye cream is slightly thicker in texture.

I have a dry under eye that creases easily. I love the drunk elephant eye cream. You can instantly see the reduction in puffiness and dark circles.
