Dark circles!!! HELP

I've tried so many concealers & foundations, but none of them can seem to last me all day even after setting with powder and spray. I make sure to prime and moisturize before applying anything too. I use two L'Oréal skin care products for dark circles, but I haven't seen any major results. Any suggestions?

i have dark circles and i always color correct before hand. use red to counteract the darkness. then primer, foundation, concealer, setting powder
