Concealer separating

Hello everyone! I need help! It feels like whatever eye cream I use my concealer will start separating. I have dry under eyes. I recently purchased the IT Cosmetics eye cream but still will separate. Also what does everyone recommend for fair skin with neutral undertones for concealer? I’m willing to try anything and everything. Thanks in advance for the help! 🤦🏽‍♀️🙈😩

About two weeks ago I noticed my eyes were looking very dry and everything was breaking up around them, what I did was use a thick eye moisturizer And instead of just dabbing it on I’m using minimal amount I actually left a good amount of product there were almost look like the football stripes under the players eyes but did that with the moisturizer and couldn’t believe the difference after just a couple of days.
