Budge-proof Pencil Eyeliner

Hi all! I took a break from the hobby of makeup and in that time some of my favorite products were discontinued. 

I'm looking for a charcoal eyeliner that is budge proof! My old favorites were the Marc Jacobs eyeliner, and Milk Makeup eyeliner (still exists but they no longer have the charcoal color). Smooth and creamy going on with some time for smudging, and then sets and will not move. Bonus points if it is a twist up pencil. Unfortunately the Urban Decay 24/7 liner does not stay in place on me.
