Better Than Sex issues

Am I the only one having issues with the better than sex mascara? I bought a new one and within 2 days the part tht makes sure not a lot of mascara comes out (same part that makes you able to screw the cap on ) has broke . I’m afraid to buy a new one . I have contacted too faced but they haven’t responded and every time I call I wait for ever and no one picks up.

Do you live near a Sephora store? You can exchange it for a new one, or return it and try something different.

I do , but you see it’s just all messed up now . Like the mascara is everywhere it’s a full mess, since like there isn’t any separater between the brush and all of the mascara .
