Best waterproof mascara remover?

My first post here but I need some help! I found the perfect gray eyeliner (Urban Decay) but unfortunately it is waterproof, which I usually do not wear. It is a struggle to take off and I really dislike the oily removers. Any suggestions?

I would definitely try the korres greek yogurt cleanser... I know it is not an eye makeup remover per say but it does the trick and gently removes everything without leaving an oily film!

Don't waste money on expensive brand! I have been using Neutrogena Oil-Free Eye Makeup Remover for 10 years now and it removes the stickiest eyelash glue to matte lipstick!!

I know you don't like oily makeup removers, but the oil-emulsion removers are really awesome for removing waterproof makeup. The emulsion cleansers don't leave an oily residue feeling after you wash it off with water! Aside from these cleansers, I haven't found any other water-based makeup removers to take off stubborn makeup.

@phillygirl76 Have you ever considered a balm? Clinique makes one that will remove waterproof makeup. I can rub it in my eyes and they won't be irritated.

@phillygirl76  i know you said you don't like oily removers (not sure if you mean all makeup removers or specifically eye makeup), but have you tried cleansing oils? They're really gentle, and very effective in getting off any and all makeup plus there's no oily feeling after! i personally hate using multiple removers for different makeup i have on, this is a one stop shop for me 🙂
