Best product for dark circles

HELP! I have tried everything! Just recently, I noticed dark circles under my eyes that actually look like bruising, they’re so bad. I think some is hyper pigmentation, and some is just the thin under eye skin. Can anyone point me to a routine that actually works? Even my husband asked me what I did to my eye the other day – he thought it looked like I got hit??!!!! If you have suggestions for under, I concealers that don’t make you look older, please feel free to drop those in as well!

Look for=
-caffeine (helps with circulation and puffiness)

-niacinamide (2–5%) for brightening and barrier support
-peptides to gradually improve skin thickness and elasticity

If pigmentation is part of it=
-vitamin C derivatives or very low-strength retinol (eye-safe) can help over time but go slowly.

Hydration also matters more than people think, ingredients like=
-hyaluronic acid and glycerin help plump the area so it doesn’t look hollow or crepey.

For concealer, go for formulas with light-diffusing pigments (like mica).
