Best nonclumping mascara that won't flake or smudge

Looking for a mascara that won't clump, smudge, or flake. I don't care if it is volumizing or lengthing, or waterproof or not. Brown or brown/black preferred. I love Colossal Curl Bounce, but it is now only available in black.
