Best liquid eyeliner?

what is the best liquid eyeliner? i currently use elf liquid liner and love how it looks but it bleeds a lot into my inner corner. any recommendations for eyeliners that stay put??

I'm currently using Lancôme's precision point Artliner. I think it's about $30. The application is really smooth, and the brush tip is very fine. I never have to do any touch ups throughout the day, I think you need to work quick though before it dries or else you can get a weird texture on the lid where your lines are. Before this I used Stila Stay All Day waterproof liquid liner, its cheaper at $20 and worked nicely as well, couldn't get as precise points and lines though as with the Lancôme one.
