Best eyeshadow primer???

I would say the Urban Decay Primer potion has worked best for me!

I have two favourites! 1. Makeup Forever Step 1 Eye and lip Primer  and 2. Mac Prep and Prime Extended Eye Base

I've tried many and I love this one from Nars, I prefer the original clear color. I follow an influencer @thebestfacebeautyblog on instagram, she just reviewed it too. It's so good!
