What's the most pigmented liquid eyeliner that is easy to use as a beginner

I agree that you can't go wrong with either of Kat Von D's liners.  I use both the Tatoo liner and the Ink liner.  They stay on all day long and you can correct an "oops" if you need to!

I love Physicians Formula 2-in-1 Lash Boosting Liner in Very Black (this one is dark black, their other Black isn't as pigmented). It comes in a pen so it's easy to use and has a sturdy brush tip that doesn't fray like felt tipped liquid liners do. In my experience, it seems to perform exactly like the Kat Von D Tattoo Liner.

@Anonymous These are all good recommendations!  Beginners might also want to try Revlon's felt tipped liquid eye pen b/c it's cheaper and from what I have read, comparable to the higher priced ones.  Good luck!

I found practicing with Kat Von D tattoo liner helped me perfect the technique and now I'm using Urban Decay--their colors are awesome and they offer a wide variety! Just keep practicing and you'll be great at it in no time!

If you're looking for that felt tip pen kind of applicator, Kat Von D or Stila are both nice, smooth, and pigmented. If you want a more brush applicator, my favorite is actually NYX Matte Liquid Liner (Or the Vinyl Liquid Liner if you don't want the matte finish). Both types of applicators have pros and cons if you're not sure which is best for you. The felt tip applicators are easier on beginners and can be less messy. Brush applicators have a learning curve, but I find they are better for thin and precise lines.

first you need to figure out which type of liner works best for you and what you're trying to achieve. try out pen.. gel.. or pencil liners and see which suits you best! the best one for me to learn with was the NYC liquid liner.. $3. but it got discontinued BUT i think its on amazon! urban decay has one similar. the razor sharp liners! or even nyx has one comparable! hope this helped ya!

Kat Von D Tattoo Liner...hands down, best liner in the universe. You can't go wrong with it no matter your level of expertise.
