Best cool-toned eyeshadow

Most eyeshadows on the market are super warm. Im a cool-toned girly just getting into makeup. Please drop your recommendations!

Urban Decay Naked3 Soft Pink Eyeshadow Palette Naked3 is the one I hold close and fall back on when I need a nice soft but cooler eyeshadow look.
I think it looks like a cool-neutral, since it leans to softer pinks and browns. It certainly looks on the cooler side on my olive brown skin tone. So it's a good option to not have very bold colors and any combination of these colors always looks presentable for formal or casual.
I think the Natasha Denona one @CynthieLu mentioned below might be better quality if you aren't hooked by this color story, especially since I heard this has been reformulated in recent years since I purchased it. So unless you have a strict budget don't drive into the UD one without swatching it well and seeing if you like the formula and softness of the shades.
