Best Mixing Medium for Beginner

Hi! I would love some recommendations for mixing mediums for a beginner. I’ve never used them before and would like to try them with some shadows.

@Feebee1115 The only brand I know that makes a good mixing medium is MAC.  You can find them in MAC Pro stores or online.
