Best Eye Primer?

I’m looking for a good eye primer that helps with creasing and eyeliner transfer to upper lid. I have been using Urban Decay eye primer for YEARS, but I think my eyelids are getting a little oily or the product just isn’t working like it has before now.  

 

Suggestions? Thanks in advance!

@scrappingqueen From MAC Cosmetics instore or online, Ulta, Nordstrom, Macy’s also carries it.
