Best EYESHADOW palette for BLUE GREEN eyes???!

I'm a teenager with fair skin... I used to love orangy tones but with winter here, it doesn't match the pink,blue,black,grey,red I wear... Maybe tartlette in bloom??! Give me your suggestions and merry christmas 🙂

I think Tartelette in Bloom is a good pick... it sounds like you wear classic colors, and all of the Tartelette palettes are pretty versatile but Bloom is the most cool-toned. The size of the collections are nice, too... A lot of people get bigger sets like the Naked palettes and then don't even use half the shades.
