You need to go check out Melt Cosmetics it's a shade in the Dark Matter stack but you can purchase the single pan for around $17. The shade name is "Dark Matter" from the dark matter stack. Hands down the best black matte shade I have ever purchased or used & I'm a smokey eye queen. There is also a really great on from Sugar Pill called "Soots & Stars" but it does have glitter bits in it. Not chunky fall out all over your face glitter but enough to notice under lights. I'm pretty sure you can buy the single. I bought it in their Cold Chemistry Palette a few years back & still have & love it!

I haven't found that there is a lot of fallout with the Dark Matter shade by melt. it is my go to and my favorite black eye shadow of all time! Super deep and easy to blend!

Lol I have it as a single I got it with the new haze stack I think it’s a pigmented black but it’s so chalky not easy to work with I wish it had the same formula as the stack because it’s buttery and blendable thanks for the suggestion though if you think of any others send them my way

Hey, I'm sorry I didn't think of these shades at the time. If you don't enjoy the Melt Cosmetics "Dark Matter" so much try these 3, "Blackest Black" by Natasha Denona, "Carbon" by MAC or "Currupt" by Makeup Geek. The Natasha Denona is on the pricy side & $29.99 but you do get a good amount & it's black black! Both MAC & Makeup Geek are normal price @ $6 for a 16mm pan. I'm sorry you all don't like the Melt matte eyeshadows! I bought both "Love Sick" & "Dark Matter" the first day they launched their brand & have been a fan ever since! Sugar Pill & Melt is a brand I watch the clock for on a new release so I'm 100% sure I get it before they sell out! Melts lipsticks I'm not a fan of at all though so I have yet to try the new liquid lips they just released. Just a matter of preference I guesa!

I don't know if you want a full palette, but the black shade from the Huda Beauty Rose Gold palette is amazing. It is super blendable, but if you want a single shadow, check out Anastasia or Makeup Forever
