BEST neutral eyeshadow palette

HEY! Need help choosing a really good neutral eyeshadow palettes. I would like it to have mostly mattes, with a few shimmer or satin. I have blue eyes and fair skin! The one I use right now is very low quality and am looking for some great basics! HELP a girl out!

I think you should try Colourpop She palette and Naked 3 palette.

Tarte tartlette in bloom is an amazing palette. Super pigmented and blend able. One of my personal favorites.

The tartelette in bloom clay palette has so many beautiful nude shades and it also has some nice shimmery shades.

1. The too faced natural matte palette is amazing! Highly highly recommend. Great color payoff and all mattes.
2. The other too faced natural palette is also great and has some shimmery shades too

Although there are no shimmers and it is 100% matte beige, tans, browns, oranges, and reds; I recommend the Morphe 350M palette, very versatile and I even got it on sale. Very high quality: blendable, excellent colour payoff, compliments shimmers beautifully. Give it a look!

I personally love my handy dandy go to classic Urban.Decay Naked Pallet ! it's like the little black dress! An every girl must have!! 💄

Agreed -- you can't go wrong with the classic Naked Palettes, though they do tend to have more shimmer than matte shades. I have similar coloring (Pale skin, blue eyes) and I think my #1 fave of all the Nakeds is still Naked 3, followed by Naked 2, then Naked 1. Naked Smoky was kind of a bust & I've only swatched Naked Heat so far, though it does have really great super-warm shades with that orange undertone that will make your blue eyes pop like crazy -- orange is opposite blue on the color wheel, so shades with an orange tone/undertone have the most bang for your buck if you wants your blues to stand out. I just have other shadows in similar to Naked Heat shades in droves, so I've not sprung for it yet, but it might work well for you, @Ashaobrien - and don't underestimate Naked Basics as a great everyday palette of mostly mattes that will pair will with all the others for transition shades, etc.

You may want to try Bare Minerals Bare Natural eye palette.  It has mattes and a few shimmers, and the shades would look good with your blue eyes. They also last all day.  A very nice palette.  Also, several from Urban Decay are nice too, but the shades on the BM are my go to. Hope this helps.
