I second the Colourpop ones. Their pressed powder shadows are only $4. They just released a bunch of fall sets that sell for $22 for $6 but you can also buy individually. Their super shock formula is also great and can be a simple eye look using just your fingers.

I have been loving the new pressed shadow palettes from Colourpop they are super pigmented and blendable. They only cost 16$ and the brand is going to be sold on Sephora in November. They only sell pressed shadows by themselves if you wanted to create like your own palette.

Bh cosmetic palettes are good and cheap! They usually have a ton of sales too👌🏻

morphe palettes are super cheap but very pigmented theyre under $25 and each palette has 35 colors
