Absolute best pencil eyeliner

I just wanted to go completely out of my way to rave about the shiseido microfiner ink. Like I literally just stopped applying my makeup to write this because I think it deserves a huge shout out. It’s extremely creamy and easy to apply. I’ve never had anything come close to this. Highly highly highly recommended. I’m one of those people always trying something new to find the best.
