what is the best affordable moisturizer for dry skin?

i'm a 17 year old girl with pretty clear skin & my main skin concern is dryness. I am currently using the Kiehl's Ultra Facial Cream moisturizer, but I feel like there's better options out there. I live in Los Angeles so I don't think it's the climate, & I drink a lot of water. Any recommendations?

I have an extremely dry skin and tried Kiehls products (All) and let me tell you  it is a waste of money ! 

I really suggest "Skin fix" the triple barrier products . . it last for very long time and your skin will thank you 😊

Hi @ryanxkeeton there's a lot of great advice here, I agree with everything listed below from @greeneyedgirl107 and @SportyGirly125.

Another affordable option for moisturizer could be The Ordinary Natural Moisturizing Factors + PhytoCeramides - Moisture-Rich Surface Hydration 3.4 oz / 100 mL  (ceramides can be pretty helpful for dry skin)

Or

The INKEY List Peptide Moisturizer 1.7 oz/ 50 mL  

Both these brands are easy on the wallet 😉
