setting power for dry skin

i have VERY dry skin however i do use makeup that tends to be pretty glowy. i just want to be able to use a powder that sits well under my eyes and forehead. i’ve tried more affordable powders like the elf one but they just make my skin look crusty and drier than before. any recommendations for a setting powder?

Charlotte Tilbury Mini Airbrush Flawless Finish Refillable Blurring & Setting Powder 3 Tan ! It’s one of the best setting powders out! I prefer to use this one with a brush and it’s smooths everything out especially the under eyes without having to use a lot of product.

I have very dry skin & have the same problem! I’ve been using the new Laura Mercier Ultra-Blur Talc-Free Longwearing Translucent Loose Setting Powder since January & now swear by it for dry skin. I would recommend the mini, so it doesn’t break the bank because loose powders like this last forever. 🥰
