hydrating primer suggestions??

I am looking to see if anyone knows of a good hydrating primer? whether it be high end or drug store??? i have tried the too faced hangover RX but i think that’s what makes me breakout!! In need of a new one!

I also recommend the Laura Mercier Foundation Primer - Hydrating! It also adds a nice glow to the skin and leaves the skin feeling balanced and smooth.

@ahuerta I really like HOURGLASS - N° 28 Primer Serumbut only for when my skin is very dry, otherwise the laura mercier option mentioned by @ather is another good option
