Very Dry Cheeks and Nose

I have super dry flaky skin on my nose and cheeks. The rest of my face is fine. My skin is sensitive and I get breakouts from coconut oil or very thick creams (so I avoid those). I prefer something that is clean beauty or has chemicals that aren't too harsh on the skin. What would be some good moisturizers and cleansers?

@midnightdoll @If you are sensitive to heavy creams, you might try a hydrating serum targeted on dry areas of your face under whatever moisturizer you know already works for you.
