Mosturizers + Nars tinted mosturizer!

I love the NARS tinted moisturizer!  I have dry skin and want to put some moisturizer under it.  I read that I should use an oil free moisturizer because when I do use an oil based one the foundation separates and slips off my skin through out the day.  The oil free moisturizers I have used (origins energizing moisturizer, boscia cactus water) all pill and ball up on my face so I can't even wear the foundation....I end up wiping everything off.  Does anyone have any recommendations for an oil free moisturizer, that's hydrating and WON'T pill off my skin! Help!

@HouseOfLemons I use that foundation and have no issues. For moisturizer I use FRESH - Rose Deep Hydration Moisturizer KIEHL'S SINCE 1851 - Ultra Facial Deep Moisture Balmor CAUDALIE - Vinosource SOS Intense Hydration Moisturizer
