Help with Fenty Beauty Match Stix Concealer

I bought the Fenty Beauty Match Stix Trio in Light and am having a hard time with the concealer.  I have very dry under eyes, huge bags and lots of fine lines.  The concealer seems to emphasize my bags and lines! I tried blending it out with a drop of face oil, no bueno.  Seemed to lift all the concealer off of my face.  Someone please help, I really want to love it!

Also:  What are some other great concealers for very dry under eyes, bags and fine lines?
