Good moisturizer for super dry skin and redness?

I actually have tried the Tower 28 moisturizer, and it is definitely really good but I was wondering if anyone else have tried something even better?

For redness, you can try finding a moisturizer that has colloidal oatmeal in it. I know that First Aid Beauty and GRAES both offer one. Also, if I like a moisturizer but need a little more hydration, I will add a few drops of a face oil to it before applying, and that will make a big difference. That could also help!

hi @pennybarron17, is your redness due, in part to the dryness of your skin? I have normal to dry (sometimes very dry) skin, with redness in my cheeks - mild rosacea and in the springtime, allergies. I've not tried the Tower 28 moisturicer but have found these products to have been helpful at various times. Hope you are able to find something that addresses your concerns.

Under $25:

I think it depends on what is causing your redness @pennybarron17. For me my skin can get red for a few different reasons. From dryness or from using actives, or trying new skincare etc.. do you know what's behind your redness or have you been to a dermatologist?

For me and redness I usually take a break from using any actives and go for a gentle, moisturizer with hopefully something like ceramides that seems to works the best imo for my skin.
