Good foundations and primers for a dewy look?!?

Hi dear, I have very dry skin and for a dewy look I recommend mixing a few drops of oil into your foundation (if you’re extra dry mix with your primer too) Ive been able to purchase soft matte foundations and make them look dewy this way. As far as foundations that will give a nice dewy glow: Water based: tarte rainforest of the sea Silicone based: Nars sheer glow As far as primers go I recommend: Smashbox primer oil (goes nicely with water or silicone based foundations) Or Stila one step and smashbox primerizer to go with silicone based foundations

I like the Becca when I want a really dewy look to shine through my foundation. I use the Tatcha when my skin is feeling dry and in need of some TLC. 

For under my eyes specifically, I’m really liking:

Becca Anti-fatigue Under Eye Primer

As for foundation? I’m not the best one to ask because I use a “Franken-foundation” (shout out to @Anonymous for the inspiration 😂). I found that no single foundation was meeting all my colour, texture, and performance needs, so I created a custom blend from several (Lancôme Teint Idole, Dr Jart Premium Beauty Balm, Armani Luminous Silk, and Fenty Pro Filt’r Soft Matte Longwear) and use that every day. I mix small batches that I store in little plastic pots that Sephora sells in sets of three (they’re so adorable). When I run out, it’s usually time to make colour adjustments for the next season anyway. I know it probably sounds completely silly and complicated to custom-mix foundation, but I actually really enjoy it 😁
