Best powder foundation for dry skin

Hi there, 

I’m in search of a new pressed powder foundation. My favorite Sephora brand was recent discontinued. Liquid foundation I use Armani but prefer to use pressed powder most days. I have been noticing some caked dry spots/patches towards the end of my powder.

Also, if you have any primer favorites I’m open to recs too! 

I struggle with acne prone skin but manage it well with rx lotion, face wash and moisturizer.
