wrong samples/ missing gwp

so I finally got my Sephora package in the mail. and my 3 free samples are completely different than what I chose. Why even let us pick if you aren't gonna try to give us what we asked for. I wanted the smashbox primer, Anastasia dipbrow, and a perfume sample. I got make up forever samples (I use the foundation already) guerlain foundation sample and a styling serum. I also ordered during the 25 days sale, my order says I was supposed to get a gift with purchase which was whatever they were giving away that day and I didn't receive it. come on sephora. I've never had problems with you before i don't know what is going on there but maybe I'll just buy my makeup elsewhere

I continue to have the same issue....I have placed about 20 online orders since the November sale, and have not gotten a single correct sample with any order! Many orders come with no samples at all. I thought it would improve after the sale was over, thinking maybe they were just overwhelmed with orders, but it continues to happen. I've decided to switch to Nordstrom since they have nicer samples and have never sent me an order without the exact samples I selected!
