wrong email account/second account used

So i’ve had trouble for a while, everytime at sephora there are two emails attached to my phone number.

the correct one: ---

wrong one: ---

I have points under the wrong account and need to merge the two accounts but i am unable to do this online and in store they’ve been unable to help me with this.
