wrong beauty insider points

Hi,

I'm about to place an order and I have all the items in the basket and the subtotal is $93 so I'm assuming I'm going to receive 93 extra points on my BI card. My current BI card  has 249 points. When I checked what it would show up before I placed the order it says I would get 331 total points, when it should be 342. Is there a reason why I'm not getting one point per every dollar I spend?

I have the same problem. I made a purchase of $84, and I only received 72 points.

Hi Kanno,

It typically takes 1-4 business days for one's points to completely update, but yes your beauty bank will adjust to reflect the purchases made online.

I understand. My points updated to 331 after the purchase, when they should have updated to 342. I am 11 points less - why is that?
