worst customer support in the world

I got a gift card as a gift and it was frauded(someone spend money before I even scratch the card number), we got the card in regular store at the cash.

no help from coustumer support … they sent me to bank of person who purchased a gift card and asked to ask a bank to help… this is a scheme to fraud clients and the bank not a coustumer support! Don’t buy anything from this store!!! No words can describe my disappointment
