why does my order for subculture palette keep getting canceled????

so this happened 3x!! I'm furious! it's like,every time I order the subculture palette!!! it was on sale for 32$ and along with that I ordered an urban decay glitter liner and laura mercier powder, got the two and no abh palette. i wasn't told it was canceled until after it shipped to my house. seriously! then .... I ordered it again but had to pay reg price!!! I shouldn't have! I ordered it ON SALE and i didn't cancel it! then ..I emailed sephora for help. nothing helpful at all. just ads for sephora play was sent to me in regards to my questions and asking for help. i ordered again and 2 days later. canceled. triedagain. canceled. so I just said EF this.. why can't I get thissubculture palette? so i ordered the prism palette. sigh. if they cancel I'm gonna cry! I've never struggled with ordering this bad in my life. not even from crappy sites.
