why UPS :(

the last couple of times I have ordered, my package has been delivered by UPS, this has never happened before, so now instead of getting my mail placed safely in the community mailbox in the cul-de-sac by Canada post, it's been left on the front patio in clear view of the busy sidewalk by some rude UPS person, i had to call my dad and ask him to drive over to make sure it was safe, and what I ordered is now sold out so if my package had been stolen I would have been s.o.l! why the sudden switch of carrier? how am I supposed to be able to ensure my packages safety when I'm not home if they are so careless with them? 😞

didn't actually provide assistance, just told me that I would have to jump through a bunch of hoops if I wanted to make sure my packages that I pay for get to me safely, but that's supposed to be Sephora's responsibility as the seller..
