where are my samples?

i recently bought some stuff at sephora online and added on a few samples to my cart. i received my shipment a couple weeks ago and my samples were not part of my package. i thought maybe it would ship separately and waited but still no samples. i then emailed sephora about a week ago and have gotten no response since. would there be a way to get some?
