what happened to my points :(

i lost over 600 points that i have been saving but i didn’t purchase after the pandemic and without any notice they just expired , did anyone know about that i never read anything that mentioned that, im so sad and disappointed i was trying to use my points today for my purchase 😞 does anyone know if there’s a way to get them back ?

Points will expire if your account has been inactive for 12 consecutive months or more. You can keep your account active by making a purchase or redeeming a reward  or the birthday gift. I'll look into this then send you a PM.
