upset about recent order

So as a long time Sephora customer I’m really upset that one of my products were out of stock, but I was never emailed about it(checked inbox,spam,junk everything) and I also didn’t get any of my free samples. I emailed and called customer service and all I could get was 100 points. This also means I lost out on points on the product that was out of stock. I have never been let down until now. The least you could do is provide the free samples that I picked out .

So I pm’d you and I got no response. I take it you aren’t able to assist me with the issue that wasn’t my fault. I should at least get the samples I asked for or a free product since I was never notified that a product I ordered was out of stock
