unauthorized order

I ordered a sk2 kit and Armani product three times but all of them are “unauthorized order”. it first says “placed order”then the next day, the status changed to “unauthorized order”. I used my Visa credit card to purchase, however the order failed every single time and the money are not refunded yet 😞 have no idea what to do now
