unable to confirm payment information.

I placed an order ,but sephora sent me an email said cant unable to confirm my payment information and canceled my order.There's nothing wrong with my credit card and I can successfully place an order at  other merchants such as  estee lauder .com and amazon .Can anyone here help me solve this problem？
