tier points

I selected to receive my tier points for my VI Rouge status. I went to check out to receive them. it shows that they added and then they automatically disappeared. please help. Thanks

hi Rebecca, I got your message but I'm unsure what to make of it. yes I guess I got something in January. I got all of those little lipsticks jumping all over as if I received teir gift just a few days ago through my app.
