the website WILL NOT keep me signed in

It keeps me signing me out and the sign in pop up keeps showing up every 3 seconds so I cannot do anything on my account. Sometimes it even says Hi with my name but then asks me to sign in again! This has been going on for 3 days and it is so frustrating. Then I Google it and see complaints about this issue going back YEARS. Please FIX

I have this same issue only on the website. I have a VPN that I sometimes use, but even with it off it is basically non-functioning. Cannot search or click anything. It just prompts you to sign in over and over and over in a cycle.

They have no idea what's causing this. I spent two hours with an agent and all they could do was reset my account - which worked for 24 hours. Now I use safari for this. (It was happening on Chrome.) They've got some super discount bin front-end engineers on their team.
