I placed my order on 12/13 and it has not yet shipped as of 12/18. I just called the VIB ROUGE hotline and spoke to a very friendly customer service rep (Vanessa). She completed some form while we were on the phone and sent it to the distribution center asking to prioritize this order.
Not sure if it’ll make a difference, but I suggest anyone with a delay give them a call to see if they can expedite the process.
If nothing else, the lady was very accommodating.
I placed an order on 12/11 and it still hasn't shipped by 12/17. I will divert my business to Ulta as much as possible going forward. Sephora ought to be prepared for a rush during their sale and in preparation for Christmas. This is not acceptable, especially when you are a VIB

I am having the same concern. It's been almost a week and my order hasn't even processed. The site said 1-2 day delay - not a week. This is making me not want to order anything from Sephora online.

I placed mine on Nov 15th, to qualify for the 20% discount. Its been 12 days and status still in progress. I emailed customer service to just cancel my order. Im taking my business to ULTA. I am not even a prestige member on ULTA but i got my shipment within 5 days as promised. Sorry Sephora, i cant be on hold for > 15 minutes over the phone, and be in line > 1.5 hrs .
I did on nov 10th, but it was canceled by unsuccessful authorization, so I reordered tiwce as same order for just in case. However, both are canceled for unsuccessful authorization again. So i called them and reordered again yesterday. I hopely it will not cancel it. Fuuny things all canceled orders are same credit card, same address. I cannot understand why they did to me. They said it is not residential address..but I lived in this address for 4 years and there was no issue for my house when I ordered before. Maybe....I spend too much money for order, so they cancel it? I do not know.
I am a VIB Rouge. I placed 3 orders on Nov 14. One shipped on Nov 19, but will not arrive until Nov 25, so no 3 day flash for being a Rouge. The other two orders are still pending, with one item now listed as out of stock. Sephora has steadily gotten worse and worse with their processing delays. They need to remove those notifications stating that expedited shipping is not affected, it is. And as for being a Rouge? There is no benefit and no consideration for the amount of money spent in a year to achieve this status.
I paid $12 on express shipping expecting my product will arrive in 3 days ( they said there would
be no delay on express shipping on the contract). It’s been a week and I just found out they cancelled my transaction because one of the samples is out of stock without notifying me! Very shady !! I didn’t spend $60 for this!
I am very disappointed that such a big company that knows how people wait for this period to buy a ton of stuff (hence saving it to the love list) would not have enough stock. This is definitely good for Ulta because they offer 20% deals more often. I think the reason they are delayed is because they do not have enough in stock and when people were ordering the system let them even though they were out of stock!!! Bad business Sephora......smh!
I just got off the phone with customer service asking for an explanation as to why Sephora said it's 1 and 2 day Flash shipping will remain unaffected by delays and YET my order placed on the 15th will not be delivered until the 28th! It was supposed to be delivered today according to the initial email receipt. I explained that I was hoping to give this order as a gift at Thanksgiving to relatives who will be out of the country come the end of November, and the only solution that was offered was that I can go to the nearest Sephora store to purchase the items (if they have them) and then call and have them cancel the ones on the delayed shipment. The lady said that unfortunately they have no control over the shipping process, which did nothing to ease my irritation. I asked whether in store they would honor the 20% discount I received when I purchased these items during the sale; she says that it is contingent on the store's policy so there is no guarantee but that there will be a note on my account to apparently help my case. As nice as she was, come on Sephora! I'm disappointed. Why offer a benefit you do not honor? This makes me reconsider the worth of being Rouge.
I DIDN'T EVEN KNOW THAT STUPID SALE WAS GOING, I JUST ORDERED PERFUME WHEN I WENT INTO SEPHORA SHE ORDERED IT FOR ME DIDN' TELL ME THERE WOULD BE A DELAY OTHERWISE WOULDN' HAVE ORDERED IT.ITS BEEN ALMOST 2 WEEKS NOW ANNOYING AS HELL.
