stolen gift card!! need damn help to trace back who stole and used it

Got my gift card stolen and used all my funds in there. Sure know that Sephora would do no useful help for it. But if they can just trace down to the root the previous history of whose the hell account using it and dispute and get the funds back. Wouldn't it be better?

I'm so sorry to hear your Gift Card was stolen! Please note, all Sephora Gift cards, eGift Cards and eGift Certificates should be treated like cash: they cannot be replaced if lost, stolen, altered or destroyed. I understand this may be disappointment and I sincerely apologize for this experience!
