shotty service. I'm done

after 15 years as a rogue member I cant even get a replacement order or a refund. I ordered straight from a gee manufactures and my orders arrived in less than 4 days! but sephora is taking 3 weeks. I just want my replacement or my refund!

@Lexi4life I'm sorry for the wait! With extended store closures, and our Spring Savings promotion, we are processing a high volume of orders that is unfortunately resulting in long order processing delays.  The safety of our distribution center employees and our clients is our top priority, which means that responsible workforce safety precautions result in fewer people than usual processing orders at one time. I will look into this for you and send you a PM.

There’s a global pandemic going on. My orders on ANY website are taking a minimum of 3 weeks to ship. It’s going to take time. Have some patience, and show not only the company but most importantly the customer service respect. It’s out of literally EVERYONES hands. Be appreciative that you can even purchase the items you want in the first place. I don’t mean to be rude, but look around. Life isn’t “normal” right now, and expecting a nonessential package ASAP is absolutely asinine behavior/thinking. People are putting their lives at risk to get you whatever it is you desperately need.
