shipping delays?

Hello. I placed 2 orders one was placed 2 days ago, I am VIB Rouge and have the 2 day shipping. My orders are constantly delayed sometimes for 3 or 4 days before they ship. When can I expect these to finally ship? I could have purchased this at Nordstrom and gotten it much more quickly and I needed this for a trip. I don't understand why I originally paid for 2 day flash shipping (before becoming Rouge) and my orders are always delayed. This is very frustrating.

Hi there @threepeas. For FLASH 2 day shipping, orders Monday – Friday placed by 3:00pm PT will arrive two business days from shipment. Orders Saturday – Sunday will arrive by Wednesday or two days from shipment. I apologize for any inconvenience.

Ty for your message. For some reason I can't read anything in your message after the word inconvenience. When I click "read more" nothing happens. I do know the cutoff times etc. but they are not followed by shipping many times. Just very frustrated that my orders just sit there for days saying "in progress".
