shipping concerns

hello ~

 

i put my order in around 630a on the 16th. its still pending!? why?? its ben over 48hrs.

 

i am worried because i had issues in the past with a product getting to me VERY late (2wks) because UPS required i be home to receive the package at my apartment for some reason.

 

i work full time and cannot just 'be home' to receive a package. i couldnt even go pick it up for crying out loud. i need this to NOT happen again. packages from UPS and FedEx can 100% be left at my complex's FRONT DESK since i work and dont know time-frames for delivery to try and time my lunch breaks. my roommate also works and cannot take time off. i have verified with the front desk that it's ok for packages to be left with them for tenants to get when they arrive home.

 

PLEASE help. at this rate i wont be purchasing from sephora anymore.
